Exchange Policy

🔄 KIDKO EXCHANGE POLICY 

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may need a different size or design. Therefore, we offer a flexible exchange policy.

1. Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 working days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • The exchange request must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.


🔁 2. Exchange Options

You may request:

  • An exchange for a different size of the same product (if available in stock).

  • An exchange for a different product of equal value.


💰 3. Price Difference

  • If the new product is more expensive, you will be required to pay the price difference.

  • If the new product is less expensive, no refund or store credit will be issued for the difference.


🚚 4. Courier Charges

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning items for exchange.

  • Kidko is not liable for packages lost or damaged during exchange shipping.
